Company / merchant brand: MedChinaNow. MedChinaNow is the website and coordination-service brand used for this checkout, customer communication, itinerary coordination, and support.

Program partner: Panda Hospital Guangzhou. Panda Hospital Guangzhou provides hospital-based services, medical evaluation, checkups, dental care, digestive screening, TCM wellness, recovery support, and related medical care as applicable.

2. What We Provide

MedChinaNow provides non-emergency medical travel coordination services, including inquiry intake, program explanation, appointment and itinerary coordination, communication support, and preparation for planned visits to partner hospitals or providers.

For the Panda Hospital Guangzhou Early Bird Reservation Ticket, the deliverables are listed on our Pricing page and include appointment hold, coordinator preparation, itinerary support, package matching, and written confirmation after coordinator approval.

3. Medical Disclaimer

MedChinaNow is a coordination service and is not a hospital, clinic, physician, emergency provider, insurer, lender, or travel agency. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe medication, guarantee clinical outcomes, or replace a licensed medical consultation.

Final diagnosis, treatment plan, eligibility, pricing, availability, and medical outcome must be confirmed by licensed doctors, hospitals, or other qualified providers.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, travel timing, service interests, health or safety information you choose to share, and any documents needed for coordination. If information is false, incomplete, or unavailable, coordination may be delayed or cancelled.

You are responsible for passport, visa, travel insurance, flight, hotel, local transportation, companion arrangements, and compliance with applicable travel and health requirements unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Payments and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in USD. Paddle may display taxes, card processing details, or local payment information at checkout. Hospital fees and remaining medical service fees are paid separately according to the hospital's quote or on-site billing rules.

7. Refunds, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy. In summary, the $49 reservation ticket is refundable when cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled hospital visit, when we cannot confirm a suitable appointment, or when we determine the request is not appropriate for the Panda program.

8. Privacy and Medical Data

Our use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Medical or health-related information is also handled under our Medical Data Protection page where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedChinaNow is not liable for medical outcomes, provider availability, travel disruption, immigration decisions, third-party service failures, or expenses not expressly included in the purchased service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
